TAP Program
Maintaining a healthy HSIA network and IP infrastructure is a critical and never-ending activity that the hotel network managemer must undertake to ensure world-class guest service. Our Technology Assessment Program ("TAP") was designed to make this job easier and more effective. TAP provides network managers with a complete examination and inspection of the IP infrastructure where the audit’s results are provided to the network manager including recommendations for extending the life of certain edge devices, improving network efficiency and pointing out problem areas.
Areas covered by the TAP program are:
* Diagram of your network and equipment by floor
* Identification and inventory of critical equipment
* Age assessment of equipment
* Assessment of cabling and wireless signal strength
* Recommendations on upgrades & regular maintenance procedures and "best practices"
* Budgetary estimates
