Since 2002, Superclick Internet Management System ("SIMS") has been delivering Superclick’s customers with world-class Internet service and IP infrastructure management. Nowhere is it more critical than in the hospitality environment that each element of the network infrastructure is consistently available and performing optimally.
SIMS monitors the availability and functionality of all equipment on the network while providing a dashboard view of the peformance and status of the network, as well as automated reports. Status reports can be served up on a per-component basis or system-wide, allowing optimal transparency and manageability of the network.
