Job Description:
You will be part of the Superclick Network Operation Center. Using our proprietary applications you will monitor, fix and troubleshoot more then 500 networks worldwide. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction and efficient problem resolution. Flexible working hours are available.
The successful candidate will have a passion for customer service, is an excellent listener and has excellent English communication skills - written & verbal; general knowledge in Networking, TCP/IP, Windows and MAC OS, E-mail clients, IP addresses, Net masks, diagnostic tools, Ethernet networks: switches, hubs. Wireless networks: access points, client configurations.
Special consideration will be given to the candidates who can demonstrate discipline and organizational skills.
Transportation:
Closest subway is Sauvé or St-Michel (with 15 minutes bus ride to the office).
Both the St-Michel and Fleury buses stop right at the corner of the building.
