Management and Directors
Sandro Natale - CEO, Director and Co-Founder. Mr. Natale is a co-founder of the Company and has been instrumental in the development of its industry-leading technologies as well as for leading the strategic path of the business. Prior to Superclick, Mr. Natale founded ITS Service Inter-Tek, a computer networking company that was later acquired by GSI Technologies. Mr. Natale has more than two decades experience in the technology and systems integration business. Mr. Natale holds a computer science degree form Dawson College.
Jean Perrotti - CFO and Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Perrotti joined Superclick in October, 2005, and is instrumental in the oversight of the Company’s operations on a day-to-day basis. Prior to joining Superclick, as an independent financial consultant Mr. Perrotti assissted organizations with the implementation of SOX controls and other related matters. Mr. Perrotti has also held various administrative and financial roles including serving as CFO of Normex Telecom, Inc./Cygnal Technologies, Inc., a leading Canadian provider of network communication solutions. Mr. Perrotti holds a Bachelor’s degree of Commerce from Concordia University and is a member of the Order of Certified General Accountants of Canada, the Association of Certified Design Accountants, an accredited member of the Guild of Industrial, Commercial and Institutional Accountants, the European Accounting Association and an affiliate member of the Association of International Accountants.
Todd M. Pitcher - Chairman and Secretary. Mr. Pitcher has served as the Company’s Chairman and Secretary since 2003. Mr. Pitcher has held various positions in the financial services industry over the past decade and brings significant public company administrative experience to the business. Mr. Pitcher currently is managing partner of Comprehensive Communciations LLC, a business consulting firm based in San Diego, CA. He holds a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of California at Berkeley and attended graduate school at the University of California at Santa Barbara and Claremont Graduate School.
George Vesnaver - Director. Mr. Vesnaver has been a director of the Company since 2004. He is currently Director of Hewlett Packard’s Software Business Unit, and has been with HP for more than two decades. His experience spands a number of areas including consulting, sales and distribution of enterprise software solutions. Mr. Vesnaver holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Concordia University and an MBA in international bsuiness and finance from McGill University.
Paul Gulyas - Director. Mr. Gulyas has been a director of the Company since 2004. He has more than 27 years of diverse industrial experience in IT systems and products. He is currently responsible for the OEM program within IBM Canada’s mid-market business unit. Previously, he was President of IOTA Information Management and is a founding partner of the consulting firm TACTexe Inc. Mr. Gulyas has a BSc in Physics from McMaster University in Hamilton Ontario.
Wendy Borow-Johson - Director. Ms. Borow-Johson has been a director of the Company since October, 2007. She currently serves as President of Media for Boomj.com, Inc., a lifestyle and social network portal for baby-boomer and generation "joneser" consumers. Previously, She was President of Healthy Living Channel and served as the Senior VP of the Networks Group of Turner Media Group, Inc. Ms. Borow-Johnson has won NY Film Festival Gold and Silver Medals, The International Film Festival’s Freddie Award, the PRSA’s Golden Anvil and was awared the Women in Communications Sky Award as well as being honored with the American Medical Writers Alvarez Award.
