Superclick Networks Enters Into Strategic Alliance With TeleMatrix on Teledex ExpressNet Line
MONTREAL, Jan. 26, 2010 (Marketwire)—Superclick Networks, a subsidiary of Superclick, Inc. (OTCBB: SPCK), a leading global provider of Internet Access Management and Networking Solutions to the hospitality market and TeleMatrix Inc., the leading worldwide provider of guestroom telecommunications solutions for the hospitality industry, jointly announced today that they have entered into a multifaceted, strategic, commercial relationship focused on the continued growth and support of the Teledex ExpressNet(R) high-speed internet product line.
The foundation of the relationship will be the execution of a comprehensive North American master distributor agreement. In addition to the planned master distributorship and overall North American channel management responsibilities, which will include Teledex ExpressNet(R) high-speed RMA processing and reseller product and pricing support, Superclick Networks has been selected by TeleMatrix as their exclusive and sole legally certified, 24-7 Guest Support provider to the hundreds of existing worldwide properties installed directly by Teledex with Teledex ExpressNet(R) high-speed internet solutions.
