HR Manager/Payroll Administrator

 

We are a technology company, focused in deploying our solution globally and seeking a highly capable, resourceful candidate who can work independently to meet our recruiting and Payroll needs.

General Job Description

This is the perfect position for someone who wants to make a difference as it is a new position and you will therefore be responsible to establish, propose and implement processes for a successful HR office.

Specific Tasks
- Hiring (screening, interviews, orientation, paperwork)
- Able to research and write detailed employment ads and job descriptions
- Personnel Records maintenance
- Development, maintenance and enforcement of policies, procedures and employee Handbook

- Maintain training eligibility file for 1% law along with training and vacation calendars
- Prepare bi-weekly payroll for staff of 40

Requirements
- CRHA or equivalent

- Strong knowledge or comprehension of CNT laws.

- USA experience an asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- 2+ years experience in an HR department - recruiting experience a must, preferably for technology oriented company.

- 2+ years experience in payroll processing
