Superclick Networks multilingual global customer support center is located in Montreal, Canada and provides 24/7 guest, staff and NOC support for IP solutions including HSIA, IPTV, VOD, VOIP and administration networks.
Key Customers include Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Intercontinental Hotel Group, Marriott International, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Kimpton Hotels, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts as well as leading ownership, franchised and management groups

Skills & Qualifications:
-
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals, preferably related to technology and hospitality

Must have a solid understanding of the hospitality & hotel markets

Familiarity with top hotel & resort brands worldwide

Familiarity with Marriott International's ClearSkyNet network
-
Must be outgoing, self motivated, passionate, and goal oriented
-
Possess excellent communication, organization and listening skills
-
Ability to learn new technology products and sales processes quickly
-
CRM, desktop presenting, and related productivity tools experience essential
-
Experienced in selling high-end value added solutions at a premium price in a competitive marketplace

Thrive in a commission driven sales role

Able to identify prospects utilizing creative lead generating techniques

Candidates should be comfortable working autonomously

Ability to travel occasionally within North America
Responsibilities:
-
Work with Director of Sales to develop, plan, forecast and organize the acquisition, transactions and revenue growth for assigned and identified accounts

Responsible for establishing, and maintaining day-to-day relationships with key commercial, technical, and management level decision makers within assigned and identified accounts

Manage updated, accurate and specific contact, property and general account data for assigned accounts utilizing cloud based CRM
-
Respond to RFIs/RFPs/RFQs in a thorough, effective and timely manner

Effectively produce quotations and sales agreements for assigned and identified accounts ensuring client satisfaction from deployment onward

Responsible for accurately obtaining all necessary documentation for the Sales Engineering department to complete relevant deployment and installation

Attend relevant industry conventions and trade shows as required
-
Preserving, developing and growing sales for assigned and identified accounts by having an aptitude for problem solving; ability to determine relevant solutions for customers via a consultative sales approach
